Beginning with the technical and juridical analysis of procedures that make up the phases of this new Category, the author traces a set of guidelines making up a basis that can be juridically and technically shared by operators in this field. For the first time in Italy a protocol has been outlined that has a wide range and concerns the juridical aspects of search, seizure and analysis following total acquisition – technical verification or the simple search for sources of evidence inside traditional investigation elements – the subsequent interpretation of data obtained and the presentation of results.
