This clearly and exhaustively summarises the complex world of European financing. It is aimed at those who, due to their institutional role, business interests, study or simple curiosity, wish to know more about the opportunities offered by European financing. It deals with complex matters using a flexible language that does not lecture but is practical, and attempts to point out which are the answers that the European Union offers with the 2007-2013 programme and which it will implement in the next programme. The volume will be published midway through the current programme, and it wishes to represent, on the one side, a useful and practical instrument of consultation and on the other a stimulus for those who manage funds and an opportunity for those who wish to use those funds. The authors’ aim is, with this first volume, to accompany the reader along an ethical route that can help him realise his dreams, stimulating the imagination and the will to create a business, developing his ideas and identifying which instruments the European Union offers as an investment in his future, that of his country and that of the whole of Europe.
